About Us

Equitrade International, Inc. was founded in January of 2012 by Jim West. Jim spent the previous 32 years operating several businesses including retail and corporate barter exchanges and commercial real estate and business brokerage companies. The initial focus of the company was to bring a barter solution to the commercial real estate industry and during the first year Jim closed several commercial leases with a barter component.

Because of Jim’s expertise in acquiring businesses, he saw several opportunities to consolidate the industry and as a result acquired accounts from two failing barter exchanges in the Atlanta market. These acquisitions propelled Equitrade to the forefront of the market and gave it the necessary momentum to become one of the largest providers of barter services in the Southeast. Since 2012, Equitrade has acquired over 30 Trade Exchanges in the USA.

To be considered as a candidate, you must reside in one of these geographical areas, have proven sales and marketing skills, be a good communicator and have strong ties to the local business community. To be successful, you will need to be a driven individual with experience in B2B sales. Your sole task will be to enroll new accounts in key industries with these examples below:

Compensation

Equitrade Affiliate Opportunity:

Membership Sales:

1. Make 100 new membership sales and earn up to $300 per sale
  Total potential commissions per 100 New Clients = $30,000.

1. Sales materials and training supplied by Equitrade. Average only one new membership sale per Day and you will Enroll 250 Accounts per Year. You can earn $75,000 by Enrolling 250 New Accounts per Year.

Residual income:

1. Receive 20% of the cash transaction fees paid by all accounts that you have sold by servicing those accounts. Equitrade charges 12% in cash fees when members use their account. This equates to 2.4% of the fees collected in cash commissions. This income stream could be substantial depending on the collective trade volume generated from all the New Accounts you have sold.
2. Receive an additional 10% in overrides on transaction fees generated by all accounts that are sold by you once you have Enrolled 100 New Accounts. This is a 33% increase in cash Overrides paid to You for Your Efforts.

Equitrade Broker Opportunity:

Once You Enroll 100 New Clients, You will become an Equitrade Broker and a Broker Contract is offered to You. Brokers receive 30% of the cash transaction fees for all the New Clients Enrolled by them AND 30% of the cash transaction fees for additional clients we assign to that Broker.

Your exit strategy:

The final reward for attaining the level of Equitrade Affiliate is the opportunity to share in the Ownership of Equitrade via an ESOP. We anticipate selling the company to the Employees and Brokers via an ESOP within the next three years. This is our Company exit strategy, to transfer the company to the Brokers/Employees and help each of them retire in comfort.
